1. Services

California Moving Service Solutions (“CMS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides residential and commercial moving services, including but not limited to local moving, interstate moving, packing services, storage solutions, and related logistics services.

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and written confirmation.


2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final pricing may vary depending on:

Actual inventory volume

Additional services requested

Access limitations (stairs, elevators, distance to truck)

Changes in scope of work

Delays outside our control

A written confirmation or signed agreement is required before services are performed.


3. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. CMS may require deposits for certain bookings. Final payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees or service delays.


4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate and complete move details

Ensure safe and clear access to the property

Disclose fragile, valuable, or specialty items in advance

Be present or have an authorized representative available during service

CMS is not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards or restricted access.


5. Liability & Claims

CMS handles all items with care and professionalism. In the event of damage, customers must notify CMS in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

Liability coverage is subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.

CMS is not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Improperly packed customer-packed items

Delays caused by weather, traffic, or third-party restrictions


6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers must provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on notice period and scheduling conflicts.


7. Communication Consent

By requesting a quote or booking services, you agree to receive transactional communications via phone, SMS, or email regarding your move, scheduling, and service updates. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.


8. Changes to Terms

CMS reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
